Anatomy TV

Anatomy TV is an electronic resource offering access to 3D models of human anatomy.  The anatomical models can be rotated and layers of anatomical details stripped away and added as required.

What information is available

This interactive resource contains 3D images to help you to learn about the structure of the human body.

There are 3D atlases (including MRI slides, videos and animations) for nine regions of the body including

  • Head & Neck
  • Spine
  • Shoulder & Arm
  • Forearm & Hand
  • Thorax & Abdomen
  • Pelvis
  • Hip
  • Knee
  • Leg, Ankle & Foot

There is also a functional anatomy section for the whole body which physiotherapists, occupational therapists, sports medics and anyone with an interest in movement may find particularly useful.
