What is local health?

Local Health provides interactive maps and reports at the small area level.  You can use Local Health to compare your chosen local area to England for a range of indicators including:

  • Population
  • Ethnicity & Language
  • Deprivation
  • Health & Care
  • Mortality
  • Hospital Admissions
  • Emergency Health Admissions
  • Cancer Incidence

Local Health is produced by Public Health England.

How do I use local health?

To use Local Health you can simply click on the map to view the information for the area selected.
