Guide to requesting a room

Click the link to Bookwise. The calendar will default to todays date.You do not need to log in to request a room.
- To book in less than 24 hours, call us on 0113 39 20140.
- To view future dates, click the cog icon on the left to reveal a date picker for you to choose another date.
Scroll down the page past the red to 9am onwards, you will see the slots that are booked in yellow and the free spaces for every library room in white. Photos of each room along with a description on the green tabs below.
To request a room,click on the start time for the room you require.
Click Request, fill in the booking form and click Send request at the bottom of the page.
You will then receive a confirmation email when the booking has been approved by one of our team.
