LTHT Publications

Each month, the LTHT Library & Knowledge Service collates details of all new publications in which one or more author is listed as a member of Leeds Teaching Hospitals staff.

A regularly updated Excel workbook listing details of these publications can be accessed by NHS staff on Sharepoint, or downloaded here.

The monthly reports are based on the date that articles are added to the databases (Medline, Embase and Emcare), which may vary from the date of publication stated.

Due to the way that the databases we use to produce this report are configured it is possible that we may miss some publications or include some errors. If you are a member of LTHT staff and have a publication you would like us to add, or if you would like us to amend any details in the spreadsheet please contact us.

Non Medical Authors

As part of our support for expanding engagement with research across Leeds Teaching Hospitals, we use the information from the databases to identify articles where one or more of the named LTHT authors is from a non medical or dental profession (highlighted in green). Where possible, we try to identify the non medical professional backgrounds of authors and include this in the monthly list of publications.

Please note that this is based on information in the LTHT staff directory and the information in the healthcare databases searched, and there may be some inaccuracies or out of date information. If you would like to make any changes to information included in this list please contact us.

Accessing the Full Text of Articles

Within the spreadsheet there are LibKey links for each article. If your library service has access to the article, there will be a link to the full text (you may be prompted to log in with OpenAthens before accessing).

If your library service does not have access to the article, accessing it through LibKey will allow you to request a copy through an automatic form. Our library staff will then endeavour to obtain a pdf of the article and send to you within 5 working days. If you have any issues accessing thefull text of a paper, please contact lthstafflibraries@nhs.net.
